About your role

We seek a collaborative, knowledgeable, passionate and impactful EOC Team Lead to join our Madrid-based European Operations Center.
This is a brand new role in which you play a crucial part in driving our company's process by leading a team of Project Managers and Customer Managers. You will get to establish best practices and unlock tremendous business value in supporting the Operations team.
In 2023 Otovo centralized pan-European Operations team in Madrid and has built up a dynamic, ambitious, international/multilingual team of professionals who are passionate about being the very best team and delivering on the mission of putting solar panels on every roof in Europe and a battery in every home.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Leading the the operations service of one market from Madrid (this could increase to several markets in the future);

  • Hiring, training, and leading a team of Project Managers, Customer Managers and Project Administrators in the EOC;

  • Go-to person for your team

  • Managing team capacity and performance

  • Working in close collaboration with the markets and internally in the EOC to ensure continuous improvement in our internal processes;

  • Controlling the projects pipeline identifying and solving bottlenecks

  • Being the guardian of the process, making sure operations are managed according to Otovo's Blueprint

Who you are:

  • +4 years of professional experience.

  • Some Experience in the Photovoltaic industry is a must.

  • Proven track record leading teams

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

  • Dynamism, autonomy, rigor, sense of prioritization and customer focus

  • Mastery of IT tools, especially CRM

  • Currently based in Madrid, Spain, or willing to relocate

  • Fluency in English

  • Fluency in French is a good to have
