As we scale, strong field service operations are essential to delivering high-quality systems and great customer experiences.

The Role

We are looking for a Field Service Manager to own and continuously improve Otovo’s field service operations across Europe. You will be responsible for technician performance, service quality, and execution consistency, bridging strategy with day-to-day field operations across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day execution and follow-up of field service operations across Europe

  • Ensure service jobs meet Otovo’s quality standards, timelines, and SOPs

  • Monitor technician and partner performance using KPIs, providing feedback and coaching

  • Support onboarding and performance management of technicians and service partners

  • Coordinate closely with planning, logistics, and customer operations teams

  • Handle escalated service cases and drive root-cause analysis

  • Identify recurring challenges and contribute to process and tooling improvements

  • Support standardisation and scaling of service operations across markets

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Experience managing or coordinating field service operations in a technical environment

  • Strong operational mindset with a focus on execution quality

  • Experience working across multiple countries or regions

  • Comfortable working with KPIs and operational data

  • Fluent in English (any other European language will be considered a plus)

  • Availability for occasional travel within Europe

Preferred

  • Experience in solar, energy, EV charging, or related technical services

  • Experience working with subcontractors or partner-based service models

  • Familiarity with field service tools or CRM systems
