As we scale, strong field service operations are essential to delivering high-quality systems and great customer experiences.
The Role
We are looking for a Field Service Manager to own and continuously improve Otovo’s field service operations across Europe. You will be responsible for technician performance, service quality, and execution consistency, bridging strategy with day-to-day field operations across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day execution and follow-up of field service operations across Europe
Ensure service jobs meet Otovo’s quality standards, timelines, and SOPs
Monitor technician and partner performance using KPIs, providing feedback and coaching
Support onboarding and performance management of technicians and service partners
Coordinate closely with planning, logistics, and customer operations teams
Handle escalated service cases and drive root-cause analysis
Identify recurring challenges and contribute to process and tooling improvements
Support standardisation and scaling of service operations across markets
What We’re Looking For
Required
Experience managing or coordinating field service operations in a technical environment
Strong operational mindset with a focus on execution quality
Experience working across multiple countries or regions
Comfortable working with KPIs and operational data
Fluent in English (any other European language will be considered a plus)
Availability for occasional travel within Europe
Preferred
Experience in solar, energy, EV charging, or related technical services
Experience working with subcontractors or partner-based service models
Familiarity with field service tools or CRM systems
