🌞 About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our People team in Madrid. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring the best talent across our European operations, while supporting recruitment-related projects and processes at Otovo.
You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-growing, international environment where collaboration, innovation, and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do.
🌞 Key Responsibilities
Manage internal recruitment processes from sourcing to screening for roles across Otovo’s European markets, including job posting, sourcing, and screening candidates.
Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the process.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics using our HRIS and recruitment software.
Assist with employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment-related projects and process improvements.

Job requirements
🌞 Who You Are
You have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar HR roles.
You’re familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment tools.
You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on data accuracy.
You can manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working both independently and collaboratively.
You handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
You communicate fluently in English and German, Spanish is a plus.
