Job requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Be the superhero of administrative documentation! Always pursue and obtain the necessary documentation and paperwork on time to make our clients happy.

  • Interact with external parties via email like a pro! Thoroughly manage and check the documentation provided to proceed from public institutions and customers.

  • Digital permit application for customers toward public institutions

Requirements:

  • Your administrative background will be handy

  • Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test, but you'll come out victorious every time.

  • Experience dealing with public institutions, in particular municipalities and other local entities, is a plus

  • Strong integrity and attention to detail

  • Service-oriented and positive attitude

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to get things done

  • English language skills required

  • Enjoy working in teams: expect to give and learn from your colleagues

  • Knowledge of solar energy or electricity is a plus but not required.

  • Organization and structuring abilities, helping pursue a large number of tasks
