Role Overview
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Technical Service Specialist to join our Madrid office. In this role, you will ensure the technical quality and performance of our solar installations in the Dutch market, acting as a key point of contact between customers, field teams, and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and resolve incidents related to solar installations
• Diagnose issues and coordinate remote or on-site interventions
• Manage warranty processes with manufacturers and partners
• Coordinate with technicians and service providers to ensure timely resolution
• Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service quality

Your Profile
• Fluent in Dutch and good level of English
• Technical background (engineering, technical support, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Ideally first experience in renewable energy and solar technology
