About the role
We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Specialist, to join our European team in Madrid.

In this role you will qualify Italian customers and ensure the presence of all the information needed to carry out business development activities. 

Your responsibilities in more details:

  • As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you are responsible for the first contact with the customers (B2C).

  • You are the first to contact the B2C leads and gather relevant information for further sales flow.

  • You present the advantages of the Otovo product portfolio clearly and convincingly.

  • You identify customer needs and wishes and document them in the system.

  • You consistently pursue your goals and always keep an eye on the relevant KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Italian at native level

  • Good command of English to be able to communicate with your international colleagues.

  • Clear and convincing communication.

  • Sales and customer-centric mindset

  • Highly organized and able to work both in team and independently
