Job description

We are in search of a dynamic Lead of Pan-EU Partnerships to drive our strategic partnerships across Europe. In this vital role, you will focus on cultivating relationships with partners that have a significant European footprint, capable of centralized management and operation. Reporting to the Vice President of Partnerships, you will be instrumental in scouting new pan-European partnerships as well as managing existing ones, ensuring cross-border expansion and maximizing the synergy and output of our pan-EU network.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Pan-EU Partner Scouting: Proactively identify and engage with potential partners boasting a pan-European scope, assessing their fit with our strategic objectives and potential for centralized management.

  • Cross-Border Coordination: Work closely with country-specific teams to identify opportunities for expanding existing EU-wide partnerships beyond their current borders, facilitating a seamless and integrated approach across the continent.

  • Alignment on Partner Management: ensure consistency and alignment in our approach to managing pan-EU partnerships, establishing best practices and standardized processes that enhance collaboration and efficiency.

  • Strategic Integration: integrate pan-EU partnership strategies with overall business goals, ensuring that partnerships are leveraged effectively to support and enhance our market position across Europe.

Job requirements

  • A skilled professional with a proven ability to navigate and leverage the European market landscape, particularly in fostering and managing wide-reaching partnerships.

  • Adept in orchestrating cross-functional teams and initiatives, ensuring coherent strategies and actions across different market contexts.

  • An excellent communicator, capable of building consensus and fostering strong relationships both internally and with external European partners.

  • Analytical and strategic, able to combine and interpret different data sets to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in more European languages considered as a strong asset.
