About the role
Otovo is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist (f/m/x) with experience in the Dutch market to advise private customers on residential solar solutions. This is a full-time position based in Madrid with a hybrid work model, where you will support customers from first consultation to successful contract closure.
Your goal is to drive the successful sale of Otovo’s residential solar solutions (B2C) and actively contribute to the energy transition.
Your Responsibilities
Actively acquire and manage private customers (B2C) in the Netherlands
Advise customers on Otovo’s solar solutions via phone and video calls
Guide customers through the complete digital sales and contracting process up to closing
Prepare and present customized offers
Build and maintain your own customer network
Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales team (e.g., appointment setting and lead qualification)
Use modern sales tools and continuously optimize your sales performance
Track and improve results based on clear KPIs

Salary range: €28,000 – €30,000 base + uncapped commissions

Your Profile
Proven experience in B2C sales, ideally in the Dutch market
Experience in the solar or energy sector is a plus, but not required
Fluent in Dutch and good command of English (required)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation and strong results orientation
Structured, independent, and proactive working style
