Role overview
We are looking for an HR Operations & Compliance Partner to support and scale our HR infrastructure in Italy while contributing to broader European initiatives.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of HR Operations and compliance, working closely with leadership to ensure we operate efficiently and in line with local labor laws in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

• Own and improve HR operations and processes in Italy

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

• Support workforce planning and organizational changes

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes

• Handle employee relations topics (disciplinary actions, terminations, etc.)

• Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and policies

• Support audits and ensure overall HR compliance

• Drive process improvements and support HR projects

What we are looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP, or Generalist roles

• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law

• Experience in employee relations and compliance topics

• Hands-on mindset with strong execution skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

• Fluent in English and Italian
