We’re hiring: Financial Treasury Specialist (f/m/x)

To support our continued growth, we’re creating a new role and are looking for an experienced Financial Treasury Specialist (f/m/x) to strengthen our finance organization.

What you’ll do

  • Manage daily cash management and short-term liquidity forecasting

  • Oversee banking relationships, debt facilities, and debt compliance

  • Monitor financial covenants and intercompany funding

  • Manage FX exposure and payment authorization frameworks

  • Drive cash reporting, liquidity stress testing, and process improvements

  • Supervise cash application, employee reimbursements, T&E, credit cards, and sales commissions

  • Support financial reporting and accounting processes, including invoice management and payroll entries

Identify opportunities for automation and optimization across finance processes

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity, Corporate Finance, or Accounting/Treasury roles

  • Hands-on expertise in cash, debt, and working capital management

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/finance systems

  • Comfortable building processes in a newly created role

  • Experience in international, multi-entity environments is a plus

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-changing startup environment
